I don’t know where to start with these guys. Chad Kitchens’ integrity, knowledge and follow-through are off the hook. I purchased a home in Sonoma County which was in desperate need of an entirely new well pump, pressure tank and filter system. After inspections and water testings, the well is in great condition. The real estate introduced to me a number of represent ivies from well companies, throughout the North Bay, who proposed expensive options from digging a new well and installing liners, which is not whay I needed. Enter Chad Kitchens of Groundwater Pump & Well. He showed up on time, came up with a solid resolution to a new system, installed it perfectly in the time frame he allotted and it works like a dream. As a small business owner myself, I am mostly brutaly honest with my reviews as I do not tolerate any lapses in any character or integrity of how my business is run. These guys are top notch and my experience was nothing less than 10 stars!
