My name is Josh Harris General Manager at Flo-Systems / A PumpMan Company. The background and skills that I obtain is 9+ years of management and sales experience. With my past history in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Construction this contributes to Flo-Systems day-to-day growth and allows my team and I to best help our company and customers. I have two beautiful daughters and 1 son due in a few short months along with my amazing wife. My hobbies are spending time with family and watching the kids grow up. Dan has been with Flo-Systems since 2008 and has been in the water and wastewater industry since 1994. Dan’s focus is providing support to design engineers, and calling on treatment plants. He enjoys spending time with family and friends. As well as coaching his girls’ soccer teams, playing softball, golfing, hunting, & fishing.

Tony started with Flo-Systems, Inc. in 2016 as one of our service technicians. In the winter of 2018 he was promoted to Aftermarket Sales while still maintaining his role in the service department. In Janurary of 2021 he was promoted to Service Manager. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

I’ve been working in Sales for four years with sales experience in basement waterproofing & furniture. Outside of work I spend time with friends shooting darts.

Adam has been with Flo-Systems since Spring of 2017 as a service technican and was promoted to Inside Sales in July of 2019. He is also a graduate of the Environmental Resources Training Center (ERTC) and is E-One certified. Adam is a movie buff and also enjoys playing boardgames with his family.

Kelly has been with Flo-Systems, Inc. since 2010, and was promoted to office manager in 2011. Among her varying job duties she handles all accounts payable and receivable. She is also our office Notary. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and has an array of hobbies.

Beth is one of our newest team members and has years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family. She tries to travel somewhere new with her husband and kiddos at least once a year if not more, making memories along the way.

Karen is one of our newest team members and has 8+ years of project management experience. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, two horses and loves fishing.
