PumpMan Enters the Phoenix Market with the Acquisition of Southwest Waterworks Contractors
SADDLE BROOK, N.J., July 9, 2018 – PumpMan, a leading nationwide provider of pump service and repair, successfully completed the acquisition of Phoenix, Arizona-based Southwest Waterworks Contractors Inc. Specializing in design, installation and repair of pumps and pump systems, Southwest Waterworks serves the municipal and private utility markets in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Post-close, former owners John Baily and Mike Richardson will continue to lead the company and support near-term growth initiatives. As part of the growing PumpMan network, the Company will transition to “A PumpMan Phoenix Company” later this year, providing the same innovative solutions customers have come to reply upon.

PumpMan Acquires Groundwater Pump & Well
Acquisition to Enhance Technical Competencies of PumpMan’s Santa Rosa-based Bartley Pump
SADDLE BROOK, N.J., July 9, 2018 – PumpMan, a leading nationwide provider of pump service and repair, successfully completed the acquisition of Healdsburg, California-based Groundwater Pump & Well. PumpMan will integrate Groundwater into its Santa Rosa-based Bartley Pump later this year, relocating its employees, equipment and inventory to Bartley’s location. Since 1990, Groundwater Pump & Well has provided innovative clean water solutions for the residential, commercial, agriculture, water treatment, and well-rehabilitation industries.

As part of PumpMan, the Bartley and Groundwater brands will remain active and add “ A PumpMan NorCal Company” at year-end.

PumpMan Holdings Acquires W.C. Weil
Expands Service to Include Greater Pittsburgh Market
SADDLE BROOK, N.J., August 30, 2017 — PumpMan Holdings LLC, a Soundcore Capital Partners, LLC portfolio company, successfully completed the acquisition of Allison Park, Pennsylvania based W.C. Weil. W.C. Weil is a pump equipment and systems service provider for municipal water and waste water treatment systems.
Founded in 1978, W.C. Weil offers new equipment sales, product start-up, routine inspection, field trouble shooting and repairs, asset management, and operator training. As part of PumpMan Holdings, the company will continue to operate under the W.C. Weil brand, providing customers with exceptional service and technical support to maintain and repair expensive municipal assets.

With the Company’s close proximity to the premium wine grape counties of Sonoma and Napa, Bartley Pump also provides extensive drip irrigation and frost protection systems for vineyards.

Acquisition Extends Pump System, Service and Repair Business from New York to Philadelphia

Serving New York City’s five boroughs and parts of New York State for over 90 years, Federal Pump manufactures pump systems and provides service & repair in the metro area.
Leveraging the acquired assets of the company, PumpMan Holdings aims to re-establish Federal Pump as a leading pump systems and service & repair company serving the commercial, industrial, and municipal markets in the Tri-state area.
