April 2023 – PumpMan Holdings announced that it has completed the acquisition of Colorado Water Well, a leading pump service and repair company serving the commercial, industrial, water well, and residential water and wastewater markets in the greater Denver, CO, market. Ted Kuettel and Tom Dea, and the rest of the Colorado Water Well team remain with the company and will continue to grow the company as part of the PumpMan family with our strategy to build a national service company focused on pumps, motors, controls in the water and wastewater industries.

Colorado Water Well has been serving the Denver market since its founding in 1965 as the Denver Pump Company. In February of 2018, two long-time Colorado Water professionals purchased assets from Colorado Water Well Pump Service and Supply to keep the company growing and servicing the Denver area, they kept all existing employees and clients and honored their existing contracts. They moved the location from 1201 Pecos Street to a larger shop located at 2001 E 58th Avenue in north Denver.
